Cancellation / Refund policy

Swarnakoviyal provides a trouble-free swap policy for 30 days and money back. If you're not happy with the product for some reason, we'll gladly provide you with a 100 percent invoice value swap or refund. You can return all of our goods within 30 days of receiving the items, except for Non Exchangeable goods and Gold Coins. Under the 30 day exchange period, we give FREE return shipment. The value of the returned product should not exceed Rs.1, 00,000/- for Jewelry, and Rs.3, 00,000/- for Temple Jewellery and Solitaires.
